By accessing or using Wish Candle, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Wish Candle is a digital product that lets users pay a one-time fee to create a symbolic digital candle, write a wish or goal, choose a reminder date, and receive a future email reminder.

Wish Candle provides a digital experience only. It does not provide financial, medical, legal, psychological, spiritual, religious, or professional advice.

The candle, wish, reminders, luck language, and emotional design are symbolic and entertainment-oriented. We do not guarantee that any wish, goal, relationship, outcome, or event will happen.

You must provide accurate information when creating a candle, including a valid email address so we can send confirmation and reminder messages.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your email address and for keeping any private candle links secure.

A Wish Candle or relit candle may require a one-time payment, currently intended to be $0.99 unless stated otherwise at checkout. Taxes, fees, currency conversion, and payment-provider charges may vary.

A candle is created or relit only after the payment provider confirms successful payment through a trusted webhook or equivalent server-side confirmation.

You are responsible for the wish text and other content you submit. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful.

We may remove, hide, or restrict content or candle pages if we believe they violate these terms, create legal risk, harm users, or interfere with the service.

If you choose public anonymous visibility, your wish may appear on public areas of the website without your email address. Public wishes should not include personal information you do not want others to see.

We may moderate public wishes and may choose not to display content for safety, quality, legal, or operational reasons.

We will make reasonable efforts to send reminder emails at or after the selected reminder date, but email delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery may depend on spam filters, email provider availability, technical outages, user inbox settings, and third-party services.

You are responsible for using an email address you can access in the future.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, attack the website, scrape data at scale, interfere with reminders, reverse engineer private systems, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

We may block or limit access when we detect abuse, fraud, suspicious payment behavior, excessive requests, or other harmful activity.

Wish Candle is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability of every link, specific emotional outcomes, successful email delivery, or any real-world result from a wish.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wish Candle and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or emotional distress.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific digital candle giving rise to the claim.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these terms by posting the revised version on this page.

Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
